I am now excited to begin a new chapter in dentistry, bringing my extensive healthcare knowledge and passion for continuous improvement into a new clinical environment. I have a keen eye for detail and particularly enjoy ensuring compliance, building high-performing teams, and fostering a positive workplace culture that boosts staff morale and engagement.
