Emergencies
All patients requiring an emergency appointment need to telephone the practice by 9:30am for same day appointment. Every endeavour will be made to see a patient on the same day.

Cancellations
We ask for you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice, if you are unable to attend.
A fee may be charged for patients who fail to attend without contacting us as this wastes valuable surgery time.
