Emergencies
All patients requiring an emergency appointment need to telephone the practice by 9:30am for same day appointment. Every endeavour will be made to see a patient on the same day.

Cancellations
We ask for you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice, if you are unable to attend.
Fail to attend and late cancellations may be charged at 50% of your booked treatment value.
