Willow HAugust 18, 2026I had two of my baby teeth removed my Olivia critchley I am 14 and I’m a very nervous of the dentist but getting my baby teeth removed was a lot better than I expected and I was given numbing gel before the actual numbing injection witch my friends did not receive at other dentists and said that their injection hurt very badly. But my was extremely painless and the mist I felt was a pinch or two at the every point of the extraction my dentist made sure I was comfortable and numb and even provided music. Both my dentist and assistant very very kind to me and made me feel less nervous, during the extraction I felt absolutely nothing and was very happy they where removed i didn’t expect how quick it would be we listened to maybe 4 songs and the whole thing was over. They explained after care very well and so far I’ve had a week of healing and no pain. I highly recommend this dentistry and Olivia critchley and she has very nice eyelashes:) -willowPosted on Google

I got an appointment at 3.30pm the same day with Vesela who did an excellent job of removing the old broken filling and replace with a new one. My usual dentist is Steve Conteh who is excellent. Ted TApril 30, 2026I have been to the dentist twice over the last week, first was a check up, second time I had two teeth removed and two teeth added to my lower plate, I am very happy with the dentist, but my front 4 teeth are waring away & I am told the only treatment would cost £3000 per tooth, I have asked for the teeth to be removed & added to my upper plate, I asked if the teeth could be crowned, but none of these solutions were discussed. Aly SSeptember 14, 2025Flora was absolutely brilliant at going through the options for my root canal treatment. The treatment was fully explained before and during the procedure. Floral took great care with what she was doing. I had a troublesome nerve that anaesthetic wouldn't numb but Flora expertly injected directly into it with very little pain felt by me. Flora is very friendly and kind, helped by Luna (hope I've got that right) who kept me supplied with tissues and rinse. Luna is an apprentice and it was lovely to see how Flora explained everything new to her with patience and kindness. All the dentists I've seen at Savernake have been brilliant. Thanks Flora! Linda SSeptember 11, 2025Over the last couple of months I have had to visit 3 times. Jonathon knows how nervous I get, I have had Jonathan for the last 30+ years. I needed a crown and bridge fitted. He had difficulty in removing a root, but all went well. I had to go back as I was in a great deal of pain, but this was solved by giving me antibiotics, I would highly recommend Savernake Dentistry. When Jonathan retires I hope I can have someone who will be as calm, patient, friendly and explains what needs doing. Even though I get nervous I always go to my appointments, which 40 years ago I would avoided. Jonathan thank you so much.Posted on Google

I particularly appreciated the fact that Mr Hetherington gave up his day off because I was due to go abroad.
